Here is a bit of my story…

I was born in the 80s (love this era) in a small town in Czechoslovakia. One of my big dreams was to be a flight attendant. So I went after my dream. I had a chance to see few parts of the world, thanks to this job and more importantly I met huge amount of people. And when you are trapped in a flying tube without internet it gives you a perfect opportunity to talk.

I love great food, fresh air walks, interesting books, silly reality shows and all kinds of house pets…

I don’t like smell of the waste bin, overflowing dirty clothes basket and the feeling of my own self doubt.

Do you also feel sometimes you just say way too much and sometimes you don’t feel like saying anything at all?

We all are different and on top of everything we have different moods, stages of life, energy levels. And when the energy level is low, it takes a lot of work to fight our bad thoughts. And then these two can visit us:

Anxiety & depression…

It is a part of our lives. We live in a super fast world. Extremely unpredictable. Remember Corona? We did not solve anything by binge watching Netflix (believe me I tried) or burying ourselves into work. The hard job is being alone. Having absolutely nothing to do. And then we freak out.

How to simplify our lives?

That I think is very important. Make our lives simple in order to avoid anxiety or depression in the future.

Social media and fast life style can make us feel overwhelmed.

Some tasks can seem inevitable. Still you have to think about yourself. YOU are your most important task.

Něco málo o mě…

Narodila jsem se v osmdesátých letech (miluju osmdesátky!) v malém městě v Československé Republice. Mým snem bylo stát se letuškou. (Bože to je jak do AZ kvízu). Sen jsem si splnila a díky této profesi jsem měla možnost navštívit pár koutů světa.
